Victorian mahogany pill cutter by 'J.W.Pindar & Co' of Brockley, London. Size 16 to cut 24 pills. Both base and roller stamped '16'. Mahogany with all original brass fittings. Nice piece! c.1880 Base size; 30cm x 15.5cm x 2.5cm. £245 ($490)
Mint in box! Literally in this case! This is an un-issued set of Pharmacy scales by William A. Webb of London c.1930. The box is solid mahogany with the fixing points to the lid. The scales themselves are a Class B set to weigh 2oz. The beam looks to be a Tufnell / Bakelite one and all the fittings are still in the greased wrapping! Box size; 25.5cm x 13cm x 6.5cm £175 ($350)
The 'Christy Ideal' cachet (tablet) machine c.1900. The box is stained pine with swing catches to the front. The machine is white metal and of 3-piece folding construction. The top is signed 'CHRISTY "IDEAL" CACHET MACHINE' and each plate is stamped '66'. It comes with 4 different sized moulds which fit into the various plate apertures and the double ended wooden tamper. Nice set! Box size; 26cm x 15cm x 6cm £90 ($180)

Late Victorian mahogany 2-drawer apothecaries cabinet. Small ceramic heatproof tablet fitted to bottom of test-tube / boiling-tube rack. The pieces shown with this were wrapped up in the drawers so we believe them to be original to this unit. There are three graduated heating crucibles and a 2-piece Baird & Tatlock Bunson burner. A very nicely proportioned piece of chemical furniture that would look great on a desk! Total size: 38cm wide x 27cm high x 20cm deep. £275 ($550)
