Elliott Bros Tachometer c.1930. Pine case with German silver fittings and plush purple velvet lining. Instrument signed; Elliott Speed Indicator No.11608 Elliott Brothers (London) Limited with scale from 0-4000. All 5 original fittings are also present and in sound condition, although some of the rubber mounts are a little perished. The initials 'PB Ltd' have been etched on the back of the instrument. Box size; 9.5cm x 9.5cm x 10cm. £SOLD

A Leek Measure! No really! This is a genuine championship Welsh Leek measure in brass. The bulb of the vegetable sits in the hooked base and the top of the white shaft then measured along the 6 1/2" scale. Based on Moo's design and probably dating to c.1930. £44 ($88)

Heilmann of France spherometer. This device is used to calculate the curvature of lenses. *Note* This piece is antique and as such we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy from it. c.1910. £48 ($96)

Victorian parquetry/ marquetry cutting set. -Used for cutting designs into a surface (usually wooden) in order to inlay decoration or designs. Replacement box in poor shape, but a cracking instrument! £78 ($156)
